Hickory Road BBQ & Catering Co. opened on June 1, 2007 in our nostalgic turn-of-the-century location in downtown Auburn, NE. We're family owned and operated, specializing in "Midwestern 'Que" - a combination of all the best in American BBQ. We think of ourselves as the biggest fans BBQ ever had, and we've taken care to represent a little of everything to our menu.
